肥豬肉榮登10大營養食物

肥豬肉榮登10大營養食物

5年前,大家還在講肥豬肉和豬油都是吃了會中風會心臟病的東西,結果一下從最不受歡迎的食物飆到前10名,

我覺得應該還要再頒個最佳進步獎給他。

但是,其實這樣的報導是有問題的:

1,這個榜單的前10名是這些:

1)杏仁(Almonds)
2)凤梨释迦(Cherimoya)
3)平鲉鱼(Ocean Perch)
4)比目鱼(Flatfish)
5)奇亚籽(Chia Seeds)
6)南瓜籽(Pumpkin Seeds)
7)莙荙菜(Swiss Chard)
8)肥猪肉(Pork Fat)
9)甜菜叶(Beet Greens)
10)鯛鱼(Snapper)

我們看不到他們之間有什麼共同點可以做為標準來排名的,

如果大家記憶力不錯,那應該還會記得,上次說椰子油不好,跟牛油和奶油一樣不好,會導致心臟病的那樣不好的報導,也是BBC寫的,

3,中文報導中有兩句話:

【猪肉脂肪实则含有丰富的油酸(oleic acid),且含有60%的单元不饱和脂肪酸(monounsaturated fat),比牛油拥有的45%含量更高。

「这一单元不饱和脂肪酸不仅对心臟、血管及皮肤有益,也能调节荷尔蒙。」】

這兩句話是沒錯的,但是前陣子才打牛油一巴掌,今天就說同樣是動物脂肪的肥豬肉很好,

記得,他們稱頌的單元不飽和脂肪酸,牛油也有45%喲~

4,光看中文報導不能當事兒,所以我找到了原文的BBC:

首先,他們買了個保險:

“The key is to eat a balance of highly nutritious foods, that when consumed together, do not contain too much of any one nutrient, to avoid exceeding daily recommended amounts,”

言下之意,他不是說排名中的食物好,就要吃多多,而是要吃的balance,要吃的均衡,

5,然後,講到肥豬肉的那段如下:

Pork fat came in eighth place which is a position that is higher than certain fruits, vegetables and fish. According to the document, pork fat is high in B vitamins and minerals and is healthier than beef and lamb fat. Although pork fat is considered high in saturated-fat, there is a growing trend around consuming fatty food items to support weight loss and cognitive function. The diet, commonly known as the ketogenic diet, involves excluding all kinds of carbohydrates and replacing them with high-fat foods. 這樣我們就能了解,宣傳ketogenic diet的意味甚濃,

這也就能解釋,為什麼相對其他食物,對於肥豬肉的描寫多了不少,而且佔了一大段。

我們可以藉此機會做些邏輯思考:

1,既然要講balance,那為什麼要宣傳不balance的ketogenic diet(不balance跟好不好沒有關係)?

2,既然要講balance,那為什麼要做這個勞什子排名?

這個故事告訴我們:

看報導還是需要一點眼光的,不能標題寫什麼,就信什麼,

像這樣,沒什麼內容,邏輯相悖的報導,基本上是沒有參考價值的。

少看一點的好。
